Disney's Coronado Springs Resort welcomes guests of the 2017 COABE/ACE National Conference on April 2-5, 2017.

Find your mythical city of gold in a Southwestern-themed haven of brightly colored casitas, rustic ranchos and beachfront cabanas encircling a glimmering 22-acre lake. The Convention Center at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort boasts 220,000 square feet of meeting space, including 2 ballrooms, an exhibit hall and 45 breakout rooms. The facilities can hold over 6,500 people and are equipped with state-of-the-art lighting, audio and projection systems.

The COABE 2017 Conference Committee has negotiated a special conference rate starting at $165 plus tax based on availability at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort.

My Disney Experience & Online Check-In Service

Learn more about the My Disney Experience tab on the website. Once you register online, there are a multitude of tools available that will really enhance your trip. You can also download the mobile app “My Disney Experience” to access your plans and park information on the go. You may also use the My Disney Experience site to participate in the Online Check-In Service.  

Shorten your check in process by logging into the following link: within 60 days of your arrival date. When you arrive at their hotel, you will simply need to show a photo Id at the designated online check-in area.

Airport Transportation
Take advantage of Disney’s legendary commitment to service and convenience. Disney's Magical Express complimentary shuttle and luggage service takes you from the Orlando International Airport directly to Disney Resorts and back again. Disney recommends you make your Magical Express reservations at least 30 days in advance

Walt Disney World Resort Transportation
During your stay, enjoy the convenience of Disney transportation throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. Just steps from your door, boats and motor coaches are waiting to take you to and from the Theme Parks, Water Parks, the Downtown Disney area, and more. Note: This transportation is not intended for transportation between Disney hotels.

Taxi fare from the Orlando International Airport is approximately $65-$70 including 10% tip (estimated rate only/subject to rate changes.)


Free parking is available at Disney's Coronado Springs for registered guests and/or COABE Conference 2017 attendees.

Drive to the main Coronado Springs Resort entrance. Inform the security kiosk representative that you need to check in to your room. After checking in to your room, you will be told where your sleeping room building is located, and the closest parking to your building.

Are you a COABE Conference 2017 attendee who is NOT a registered hotel guest at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort?
Drive to the main Coronado Springs Resort entrance.  Tell the security kiosk representative that you are attending the COABE Conference 2017 and you will be directed to your parking area.

Maya Grill (Themed Dining)–Dine on traditional Mexican and American dishes at Maya Grill, serving dinner daily at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. From traditional platters to our Chef's specialties, choose from an enticing array of Tex-Mex creations. Follow your entrée with a sumptuous dessert, such as Coconut Flan, Chocolate Abuelita Panna Cotta, Lemon Sorbet, Mango Sorbet or a sampling of dessert shots.

Las Ventanas (Casual Dining)–Crack open the day to a classic American breakfast—from “ancient grain” whole wheat pancakes to steak and eggs—or float by again at lunch for healthy fare like mahi mahi sandwiches and hearty favorites such as our signature crab cakes. Drop by for dinner and choose from our specialties, including slow-roasted prime rib and seared pork loin medallions. 

Pepper Market (Quick Service)–Find something for everyone at this food court: pancakes, omelets, French toast, breakfast burritos and Mexican fare, salads and sandwiches, grill items, hot sandwiches, pizza and pasta, kids’ picks and drinks. Plus wine, beer and margaritas!
