Eligibility
• Five or more years of experience as an adult education administrator
• Committment to the adult continuting profession
• Has made an outstanding contribution toward fostering the concept of education as a process continuing throughout life
• Demonstrated contribution to adult education at the community, state, and/or national levels
• No administrator may be nominated who has served on the COABE Board until at least two years have elapsed since such service ended
One award may be given in each category. Nominators, but not the recipients, must be a member of COABE.
