Administrator of the Year: Diane Inverso Mayor’s Commission on Literacy, Philadelphia, PA (Nominated by Alyson Showell)
Outstanding Workplace Literacy Program: JCPS Workforce Services Louisville, KY (Nominated by Julie Scoskie)
Partners in Adult Learning Service: King County Library System Auburn, WA (Nominated by Laura Griep)
Promoting Literacy at the National and International Level: Myrna Manly Reno, NV (Nominated by Lynda Ginsburg)

Award winners receive $1,000 stipend plus $350 toward conference registration and $650 toward travel costs. Nominators receive $350 toward conference registration.
